FAQ

We can take over 1 iPhone or iPad each time you purchase a new device from us. Single takeovers are not done. Takeover prices can be found in the tables below.

OPTION 1: How can iRepairshop take over a device if I have ordered the new one online? (ATTENTION: this is possible up to 1 month after the invoice date)

1. Make sure that the device to be transferred has been completely erased (if applicable). You can do this by first logging out of the iCloud. Afterwards in the settings - general - reset - erase all content and settings.
2. Make sure the device is carefully packed in a box. Include a copy of the invoice from the purchase of the new device and state on it that this is a device for takeover. Also mention the account bank account number where the reimbursement can be made.
3. Then follow the steps via this link. 
4. The credit amount will be refunded to your bank account number.

OPTION 2: How can I hand in a device for takeover if I pick up the new one on site?

1. Make sure the device to be transferred has been completely erased (if applicable). You can do this by first logging out of iCloud. Afterwards in settings - general - reset - erase all content and settings. Be sure to do this before bringing the device in! if it is not erased, no takeover is possible.
2. The credit amount will be deducted from the purchase of your new device.

NOTE: If you can't delete the device beforehand, you can also bring it in afterwards. The amount will then be paid into your account by bank transfer afterwards.

The device must be completely erased and free of icloud (TEST!) unless declared as "dead".

Een toestel dat verkocht wordt onder 0% marge-regeling wil zeggen dat de prijs die je betaald als particulier ook de eindprijs is. Hier komt geen BTW bij. Ben je een klant met BTW-nummer? Dan betaal je nog steeds de prijs die je ziet op de website. Weliswaar kan je geen BTW terugvorderen in uw btw aangifte van deze factuur.

Een toestel dat verkocht worden onder 21% btw-regeling wil zeggen dat een zelfstandige de BTW kan terugvorderen in zijn BTW-aangifte. De prijs die je ziet is zowel voor een particuliere klant als een BTW-plichtige klant de prijs die je ook betaald
